Professor at the Collège de France and preeminent specialist of the history of the book, Roger Chartier will lead a workshop in which he will present the insights that can be gained through the detailed examination of typographical choices, page layout, etc. This demonstration of physical bibliography will make use of early editions of Shakespeare, Cervantes and Molière.
